Thank you for your interest in the ECO-TERR Marketing Partners Programs.
A Business Opportunity is currently available for the distribution of the ECO-TERR products branded HOOFGRID, STABILIGRID, AND HOMEGRID, to be sold to Civil, Commercial, Residential customers and/or businesses, as well as to Equine or Livestock Agribusiness, dealing with, or requiring, environmentally sound solutions for soil and ground water preservation.
We currently offer three types of partnerships, some of which require little or no inventory investment.
We invite you to read the descriptions below and to apply for a Partnership using either our:

Four levels of participation are currently available for our sales partners:

You may participate in one of three programs.
The ECO-TERR Dealer or Distributor is the Point of Sale
Sales Rep draws a commission MORE>>
Retailer/Reseller purchases ANY QUANTITY from the ECO-TERR Dealer or Distributor
And sells directly to the customer MORE>>
Dealer follows minimum ordering standards, maintaining its own inventory
Receives superior wholesale pricing
Is able to set up local Retailer/Reseller accounts MORE>>

Commissioned Independent Sales Representative - CISR 
|
1) Either an individual or an existing business may participate at this level.
2) The CISR will initiate the sale, completing a CISR Sales Referral Form.
3) The CISR then forwards the sales referral form to their ECO-TERR Dealer or Distributor.
4) The ECO-TERR Dealer or Distributor will perform the actual sale:
Adding to the order you refer any shipping, sales tax, etc.
Collecting payment from the Customer, and
Arranging delivery.
NOTE: The costs cited in your sales referral quotes to customers do not include delivery costs.
How this program works:
1) You will receive:
a commission for Sales Reps, or
a consignment fee for retail stores.
2) The customer will receive a bill from the ECO-TERR Dealer or Distributor, who will complete the sale collecting payment and charge sales tax, etc.
3) The customer would still be eligible for the same Quantity Price Breaks, outlined in the MSRP, should the ECO-TERR Dealer or Distributor choose to offer it.
4) You will receive a pre-set commission based on square feet sold, regardless of the retail price (excluding sales tax, shipping/handling).
5) In order to participate in this CISR program, all you would need to do is:
fill out the customer's contact info,
include the quantity required,
and send it to your ECO-TERR Distributor or Dealer for processing.
6) Upon completion of the sale, the CISR receives a check at regular, pre-established intervals.

Retailer/Reseller Program: DOES NOT require minimum purchases 
|
The Retailer/Reseller is assigned to the ECO-TERR Distributor or Dealer closest to their place of business.
Definitions:
~ A Retailer is an Open-To-The-Public retail establishment.
~ A Reseller is a business that promotes and sells its products without using a Walk-in retail store.
There is more retail margin in the Retailer/Reseller program than in the Commissioned Sales Rep program above, but it also requires you to act as the Retail Point-of-Sale, not the ECO-TERR Dealer or Distributor.
You would officially be selling out of your business, requiring you to invoice and collect payment from your Customers, including any shipping/handling charges and sales tax (if applicable).
There is an minimum margin built into this price structure, while not requiring any investment on your part for inventory.
You may place inventory purchases in two manners, depending upon your preferences:
1) CONSIGNMENT:
sell on a per/customer basis (order in exact pre-sold quantities, on a per-sale basis),
realizing a No-Risk margin.
2) INVENTORY RETAILER:
The Retailer/Reseller acts as the Point of Sale
They will maintain their own shelf-stock and/or back-stock inventories
NO minimum purchases or inventory levels required
NO minimum annual purchase or sales requirements
allowing greater margins than the Consignment Retailer Partnership
3) Delivery costs will be added to your orders, if any. Delivery costs should be taken into consideration when considering your wholesale orders.

Dealer Program: DOES require minimum purchases. 
|
1) ECO-TERR Distributor sells to Dealer: Terms of payment to be established on a "per Dealer" basis.
a) Dealer may act as both a "Point of Sale" directly to customers, and as the Wholesaler to the Retailers/Resellers in their region, (the latter is optional)
b) Dealer will be required to maintain inventory.
c) Minimum purchase quantities ARE required of the Dealer:
This does require minimum individual order quantities
The minimum order quantity is:
full truckload, directly shipped to your warehouse by semi-truck and unloaded by your warehouse team
ranges from approximately 12,000 sq. ft to 20,000 sq ft, depending on the product
d) Minimum annual purchases ARE NOT required.
e) Delivery costs may be added to your orders (if applicable).
2) Dealer May Maintain MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Pricing - with Volume pricing).
3) A Dealer may also be eligible to take advantage of the Optional "territory" assignments that may be available.
This will require a significant commitment in annual purchases, and
will require the Dealer to recruit and support the Sales Reps (CISRs) and the Retailer / Resellers in their territory(s).
In fact, we strongly encourage The Dealer to join this option.
A dealership's ability to position the grid products in a high number of retail feed stores, nurseries, lumberyards and hardware stores will be given serious consideration when ECO-TERR decides to offer Regional Distributorships.
